American Equity Protection is operated by Corona Cathedral LLC. We are a national homeowner site. We help people sell a house that needs work. We are not Elevate Home Solutions. We do not purchase homes directly.

What this site is

This site publishes plain answers about selling a house that needs work and a form to request a call. When you submit the form, the inquiry goes to us and to our cash-buyer partners so they can follow up about a possible offer. We do not sell the lead.

Information we collect

You may give us:

• Name, phone, email, and the property address.
• Answers about the house, such as condition, ownership, listing status, and property type.
• Notes you type in additional details.
• Your agreement that we and our partners may contact you about this inquiry.

We may also collect, automatically or from the form:

• IP address, browser type, and user agent.
• The page you first landed on, and the site that referred you, if the browser sends one.
• First-touch advertising parameters, such as UTM tags and click IDs (gclid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid), when they are in the link you used.
• Cookie choices, if you use the banner.

This site does not use a Meta pixel or a Google Ads pixel. We do not use Jornaya, TrustedForm, or conversion APIs. A dataLayer event may fire after a successful form submit so our own tools can record that the form worked.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible path to sell the house.
• Share the inquiry with cash-buyer partners who may contact you about it.
• Keep records of consent, including the time and the language you agreed to.
• Understand which ads or pages brought you here.
• Protect the form from spam and abuse.
• Meet legal duties if we are required to.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Cash-buyer partners, so they can contact you about this inquiry.
• Service providers who run the website, forms, hosting, or communications for us. They may only use the information to do that work.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, or the site.

We do not sell, rent, or lease the inquiry as a list. Sharing with a cash-buyer partner is so they can follow up on the house you asked about.

Text messages

If you check the box on the form, American Equity Protection and our partners may contact you by phone, text, or email about this inquiry, including with an autodialer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not required to get an offer.

We do not share mobile information with third parties for their marketing. Partners who receive your inquiry may text you about that inquiry only, subject to the consent you gave.

Cookies

We set a first-touch cookie named aep_attr for 90 days. It stores UTM tags and click IDs from the first visit, plus the landing page and referrer, and it stays the same as you move around the site. We set aep_consent for one year after you choose Got it or Essential only. The banner is a notice. It does not block the form.

Essential only still lets us send your inquiry, including first-touch data needed to handle it. Got it records that you are fine with those same first-party cookies. You can also control cookies in your browser.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information as that phrase is used in California law. We do not share mobile information with third parties for their marketing. If that ever changes, we will update this page and give you a way to opt out.

Your rights (Florida and California)

Depending on where you live, you may ask us what personal information we have, get a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us not to sell it. We do not sell it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA. Florida residents have similar rights to know, correct, and delete, and to opt out of sale or certain targeted advertising. We will not treat you worse for asking.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records as long as we need them to handle the request, keep consent records, and meet legal or accounting duties, then we delete or de-identify them.

Security

We use ordinary technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

This site is for adults who own or control a house. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before you give them information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the last update. The current version lives at /privacy.
