American Equity Protection
Terms of Use
Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and the seller form. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
American Equity Protection is operated by Corona Cathedral LLC. Mailing address: 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Email: team@americanequityprotection.com. We are a national homeowner site. We help people sell a house that needs work. We are not Elevate Home Solutions. We do not purchase homes directly.
What this site does
The site publishes information and a form to request a call. When you submit the form, the inquiry goes to us and to our cash-buyer partners. We do not sell the lead. Nothing on this site is a listing, an appraisal, or a promise that a particular house will sell.
Not a brokerage
American Equity Protection is not a real estate brokerage and is not acting as your broker, agent, attorney, or fiduciary. Using this site does not create a client or customer relationship beyond handling your inquiry. Licensed professionals in your state handle any sale under a separate written contract.
Offers are estimates
Any number, range, or cash offer you hear or see is an estimate until it is put in a separate written contract signed by the parties. Estimates can change after someone looks at the house, title, liens, occupancy, or other facts. You do not have to accept an offer. No is a complete answer.
The form and contact
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the owner or are authorized to inquire about the house. Phone is required. Email is optional.
By checking the box on the first step, you agree that American Equity Protection and our partners may contact you by phone, text, or email about this inquiry, including with an autodialer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not required to get an offer. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Rules on disclosure, probate, foreclosure, and taxes vary by state and change. Talk to a licensed professional about your situation.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Submit false, automated, or someone else's information without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the site.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Site content
Text, design, and trademarks on this site belong to Corona Cathedral LLC or their licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service. Photographs are credited on the photo credits page where required.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Corona Cathedral LLC and American Equity Protection are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for a decision you make after reading this site or talking with a partner. Some states do not allow certain limits. If those rules apply, some of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that courts in Pinellas County, Florida, are the venue for disputes about this site or these terms. That is the county of our St. Petersburg mailing address.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the last update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. The current version lives at /terms.
